If you do not want to follow Ebay/Pay-Pal Policy then do not bid!! Contact us before bidding and we will attempt to resolve any Ebay/Pay-pal Policy Issues you are having.

Smaller items are shipped via US Post First Class Mail(under 13 Oz in USA and under 4 pounds outside USA). Larger items are usually shipped via UPS or Priority Mail. If the shipping is not listed Check for Ebay Shipping Calculator. We refund excess shipping and Handling after an item is shipped. Power Packs, cables, Game Systems, Computers, ETC are not Media and can NOT be shipped Media Rate. The Post Office now has 4 different Priority Flat Rate box sizes.

The US Post Office will not Insure First Class. Select or request Priority Mail or UPS for the safest shipment. When buying an item that condition is important please pay for Priority or UPS shipping and inform us that box condition is important. also see www.usps.gov.

Payments must be received within 10 days of the auction's close. We love to ship mutilple items from auctions and our web site. If you win multiple items and or web site items we will combine shipping charges in order to save you money. Please be patient we get lots of E-mail and can not always return E-mail right away.

Customs: For some reason we are getting many requests to ship products with false customs tags. We do not falsify customs declarations. All products shipped by us to an address outside the USA will have a complete and accurate customs declaration attached. If you live in one of the countries where customs theft is a big problem or you have some other reason for not wanting an accurate customs declaration please find someone in the USA that can order for you and resend the package to you with your desired customs declaration. As a business we will not falsify any customs declaration for any reason.

You as the buyer are responsible for all Customs Duties and Fees. Sometimes Customs delays packages and we have no control over this and can do nothing about it. If you do not pay customs fees your item may be returned or destroyed. This is not our fault and the loss is yours.
